Cookie Policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026 · Scope: lexlojistik.com · Policy version: 1

We believe information about your digital journey should be as clear as information about your shipment. This policy explains what Lex Logistics stores in your browser, why it is used and how you can manage your choices.

You are in control. Necessary cookies support secure sessions and forms. Optional content such as Google Maps does not load before you allow it. You can browse our services, request a quotation and contact us without allowing optional content.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Some recognise a session or protect forms rather than track you. They do not read files on your device. Our preference cookie contains your choices, not your name or contact details.

2. Cookies and external content on this site

Google Maps embedded mapGoogle · third party · optional external contentShows our office location. Loading it may transmit your IP address, browser/device information and Google service data.Loads only with external-content permission. Google cookie names and durations can vary with your browser and Google account; Lex Logistics does not set these.

There is currently no active analytics, advertising or retargeting tracking code on this site. The analytics category is therefore unavailable. If a service is introduced, this inventory and notice must be updated.

3. Information processed outside cookies

Submitting a contact or freight form records your name, email address, any phone number you provide, message and shipment details so we can evaluate and respond to your request. The submission IP address is also used to limit abuse and repeated requests. These details are not stored inside the cookie. Allowing cookies does not submit a quotation request or authorise marketing messages.

The server and Cloudflare infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times, requested URLs and browser information to deliver and protect the site. Fonts and icons supplied by Google Fonts and Cloudflare cdnjs also involve technical connection information being sent to those providers. Those connections are separate from optional map permission. Infrastructure services may use their own technical cookies when security checks are required.

4. Managing your choices

  • Allow all: enables all available optional categories.
  • Necessary only: leaves optional content off while session and preference cookies remain available.
  • Manage preferences: lets you select available categories individually. Optional boxes are unchecked on your first visit.

Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer at any time. Saving refreshes the page to apply your choice and remove previously loaded optional content. Withdrawal takes effect going forward and cannot undo information already sent to a provider. You can separately delete previously created third-party cookies in your browser settings.

Your choice is remembered in this browser for 180 days. Deleting cookies, changing devices, expiry or a policy-version change may bring the panel back. Continuing to browse does not mean you have given permission. Blocking all cookies may affect form security or session features.

5. Providers and personal data protection

Where cookies process personal data, the applicable processing conditions under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 must be considered. We request your choice for optional external content. Providers outside Türkiye may involve cross-border processing; a preference in this panel does not replace other processing or transfer obligations.

See the Google Privacy Policy for maps and fonts and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for security and content delivery. External social media, WhatsApp and map links are subject to those services’ own policies.

6. Contact and requests

The website is operated by Lex Logistics. Send questions about cookies and your personal data to [email protected]. Our contact address: Mansuroğlu, Ankara Caddesi Yanyolu NO: 71 Gümüş Plaza Kat:7 Daire: 27 Bayraklı / İzmir.

See our Privacy Policy for more information about your rights, including asking whether your data is processed and requesting information, corrections or deletion where applicable. Changes to cookie use will be reflected in this policy’s date and, where needed, the preference panel.
